Is there any other ways to buy pokemon cards?

i live in england and dont have a debit/credit card, where else can i buy them for just plain cash (notes/coins) any idea's?

Did you check your local hobby store? Places on the internet don't accept concealed cash, so you're pretty much stuck dealing with in-person transactions. I guess you could also join some internet trading forums, but it might be hard to find someone from the UK on those.
Reply:Does England have a Freecycle list? I've seen cards offered on ours here in Wisconsin, all you do is go over and get them if you're the one that the giver picks.
