I have over 400 cards of the Pokemon Trading Card Game and I have no use for them. So I want to sell them but Ebay would take to long I just want to know if there are Pawn Shops around Las Vegas that will buy them from me?

Yes. Go to any of them and show them the collection. You won't get full value though.
