My freind has a raquzza ex and he told me how to get it and it has a strong pokemon on the front cover

Yes, I know Rayquaza ex and alot more legendary pokemon and cards.. To get Rayquaza ex, you need to buy Booster Packs or buy it from traders or collectors.. There are two Rayquazas released and they are in different sets.. The first one released is on the set called "EX DRAGON".. The booster pack covers are Rayquaza,Absol,Latias or Latios.. The second one released is in "EX DEOXYS". The booster pack covers are Deoxys Attack Form, Defend form,Normal form or Rayquaza.Every booster packs have random cards in it ..So,There is no techniques or whatever ways to get Rayquaza Ex or any other ex and you can get Rayquaza ex in any cover on the set.You can only get it by luck.. Trust me, I'm one of the 1st place winner of the Pokemon Tcg International Championship but I'm not gonna tell you which country or which year that I won.. I have more than 10 years experience and MAYBE your friend is lying..
Reply:getting an ex is in no way based on luck, it usually shows the ratios on the packs themselves. actuaully getting a certain ex, now thats were the luck comes in. you will have more of a chance if you buy a full sealed box of cards though because you will know none of the boosters have been bought or been messed with yet.
Reply:In your pocket is a card and ex in it name. The monster in that card picture is one of the pokemon. I love pokemon too. I have collect the pokemon with ex in it name. But not all yet.
